Guatemala Huehuetenango "La Miravilla"

This is the last 1/2 cup of the Guatemalan that freaked me out the last time I roasted it and that was so successful back at the office. I used what has become my standard procedure for these 1/2 cup roasts and the 1st crack came as expected at around -3:05. I stopped the roast at -:30, which was 10 seconds into the 2nd crack.
